Saltinspire offers four adult training programs. Taking into consideration the experience level of each participant.
Empro is derived from ‘Emergent Professional’. This package is for those with less than five (5) years’ work experience, as well as those that are presently in tertiary institutions. – Started in July 2016
Professional is for people with over five (5) years working experience (but have not started making team decisions regarding subordinates)
Executive caters for those already established in the work force, with over five (5) years’ experience, who are making decisions regarding the activities of people under their purview. – Started in June 2020
Entrepreneur is for individuals that have owned and run an enterprise for a minimum period of five (5) years, with a staff strength of 2 or above. – Started in June 2020
